THE NEXT ANNUAL REGISTRATION FOR PRESCOTT’S  4TH FRIDAY ART WALK  WILL BE FOR THE APRIL 2025- MARCH 2026 SEASON

Online registration will be confirmed via email. The confirmation also serves as a receipt for your records.

Those who wish to pay with a credit card may do so by clicking on the PayPal button below.  Note: An additional fee of $7. will be applied for credit card payments to cover processing fees.

TO PARTICIPATE, YOUR VENUE NEEDS TO SHOWCASE ORIGINAL ART , BE WITHIN REASONABLE DISTANCE FROM OTHER PARTICIPANTS, AND KEEP REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS.  PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT US WITH ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING ANY UNIQUE  CIRCUMSTANCES.

Art Walk Participation Perks and Guidelines:

Gallery and Supporting Businesses participants are provided with the following:

  1. a listing and map location placement in the 4th Friday Art Walk brochure. These are distributed through participating galleries, restaurants and the 59 Brochure Works locations in the Tri-City area. Locations include all major hotels, motels, bed and breakfasts, restaurants, museums, shopping centers, the airport and the Chamber of Commerce
  2. listings, links and monthly event postings on Prescott’s  4th Friday Art Walk web pages
  3. posts and shared posts on the Prescott’s 4th Friday Art Walk Facebook and Instagram sites.
  4. inclusion in Prescott’s 4th Friday Art Walk advertising, social media, press releases and promotions

Gallery participants will need to:

  1. commit to remaining open from 5:00 – 7:00 PM or later on the 4th Friday of the month (Note: exceptions are O.K. but should  be reported to the web master if they arise)
  2. distribute art walk brochures to customers and/or business contacts
  3. host special events and/or exhibits during the art walk. (artists’ receptions are encouraged)
  4. send art walk event listings and JPEG photos to the web master when requested in the early part of the month prior the the art walk
  5. consider creating posts on the Prescott’s 4th Friday Art Walk Facebook and Instagram pages
  6. consider adding a reciprocal link to their web pages www.ArtThe4th.com
