Art Walk Participation Perks and Guidelines

Gallery and Supporting Businesses participants are provided with the following:

• A listing and map location placement in the 4th Friday Art Walk brochure. These are distributed through participating galleries, restaurants, and the 59 Brochure Works locations in the Tri-City area. Locations include hotels, motels, bed and breakfasts, restaurants, museums, shopping centers, the airport, and the Chamber of Commerce.
• Listings, links, and monthly event postings on Prescott’s 4th Friday Art Walk web page.
• Posts and shared posts on the Prescott 4th Friday Art Walk Facebook and Instagram pages.
• Inclusion in Prescott’s 4th Friday Art Walk advertising, social media, press releases, and promotions.

Gallery participants will need to:

• Commit to remaining open from 5:00-7:00 PM or later on the 4th Friday of the month
  (Note: exceptions are OK but should be reported to the Art Walk webmaster if they arise)
• Distribute Art Walk brochures to customers and/or business contacts
• Host special events and/or exhibits during the art walk (These can be as simple as a meet and
  greet)
• Submit art walk event descriptions and images online for the online event calendar
• Tag and collaborate with Prescott 4th Friday Art Walk  for Facebook /Instagram pages. Reels and videos get a LOT of views!
• Consider adding a reciprocal link to their web pages to www.artthe4th.com

Supporting Businesses are encouraged to:

• Distribute Art Walk brochures to customers and business contacts
• Submit art walk event descriptions and images online for the online event calendar
• Tag and collaborate with Prescott 4th Friday Art Walk  for Facebook /Instagram pages
• Consider adding a reciprocal link to their web pages to www.artthe4th.com
